Provides outreach, advocacy, and housing support services—including temporary and some permanent rent supplements—for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Port Alberni, Tofino, and Ucluelet.
Provides a number of community outreach services offering assistance, advocacy and support for those who are homeless or at risk of being homeless.
Services are offered through the Homeless Outreach Program, Homeless Prevention Program, Canada BC Housing Benefit, and Supported Rent Supplement Program, all funded by BC Housing. This program offers limited temporary, and some permanent, rent supplements, which makes monthly rental subsidies available to qualified low income individuals living in Port Alberni, Tofino, and Ucluelet.
